Terroir

The vines, planted on clay-siliceous soils, surround an ancient residence in the heart of the clos.

Harvest

Hand-harvested during the coolest hours of the day with rigorous selection carried out in the vineyard to retain only the ripest and healthiest bunches.

Winemaking

Fermentation and aging in barrels – for one year or more before bottling.
Stirring the lees in the barrels several times a month by hand to promote natural aromas and protect the juice from oxidation.
No fining or cold stabilization of the wine.
