Timothée Delalle is a passionate winemaker who has been established since 2018 on the premières côtes of Luynes and Fondettes, west of Tours, on lesser-known Touraine terroirs.
He cultivates his 9 hectares primarily with Cabernet Franc, Chenin, Grolleau, and Gamay, with constant attention paid to the expression of the terroir.
Soil cultivation and planting density are designed to promote deep rooting in the bedrock.
Certified Organic Farming since 2023, the estate prioritizes hand-harvesting.
In the cellar, winemaking is low-intervention, with spontaneous fermentations and the reasoned use of sulfites.
