Led by Christine and Eric Nicolas, the Domaine de Bellivière produces wines from Jasnières and Coteaux du Loir.
9 hectares in the Jasnières AOP and 9 hectares in the Coteaux du Loir AOP, farmed biodynamically since 2008, are spread across various communes and terroirs, thereby bringing diversity and richness to the estate's cuvées.
The harvest is carried out manually and yields are kept decidedly very low.
The massal selection plantings are deliberately designed with high density, which is more qualitative, in order to better occupy our rare and valuable terroirs.
