Grosbois Estate
Composed of 13 plots, Domaine Grobois spans 9 hectares in the locality known as "Le Pressoir" in the Chinon appellation. Several generations have succeeded one another at this family estate. Since 2005, Nicolas Grobois has been in charge of cultivation and winemaking with a constant focus on improvement.
Always more attentive to the plants, Nicolas manages his yields according to the vigor of the vines, with all chemical treatments prohibited since 2007... The vineyard is managed using biodynamic methods, with the desire to go ever further in understanding the vines... "To produce great grapes and therefore a great wine, the winemaker must listen to his vines with his eyes and speak to them with his hands."
