Domaine de Montcy
The estate, established in the 1990s from vineyards that belonged to the Château de Troussay, now covers about thirty hectares spread across the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay, and Celettes.
It is entirely included within the AOC Cheverny and AOC Cour-Cheverny appellations, with a balanced selection of grape varieties between reds (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Malbec) and whites (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Romorantin).
The estate began organic farming certification in 2012 and biodynamic certification (Demeter) in 2015, attesting to a profound respect for living things and the terroir.
In June 2022, a new eco-constructed winery in Cormeray was inaugurated, combining timber architecture, natural insulation, and photovoltaic panels to embody the estate's environmental commitment.
