Champarlan Estate
In the Menetou-Salon appellation, in Humbligny, young winemakers David Girard (established in 2003) and his brother Luc (2011) manage a 4.5-hectare vineyard currently in a development phase: new plantings, a new vinification and aging cellar.
The Domaine de Champarlan terroir is based on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soil, composed of limestone sediments from the Upper Jurassic era.
They grow exclusively 100% Sauvignon grape varieties for their whites and 100% Pinot Noir for their reds.
