Located near the town of Montrichard, the estate's 35 hectares, within the Touraine appellation, are farmed organically.
At the helm of the estate for over 10 years, Jean François Mérieau carries out rigorous vineyard work: hilling up the vines in winter and unhilling in spring to combat frost. He also favors natural grass cover.
Leaf thinning, disbudding, and suckering—the interventions are meticulous and always based on observation of the vines. The harvest is carried out by hand and sorting is done on a table... The wines are generous, always with beautiful maturity. To be discovered or re-discovered!
