Guy Bossard, in symbiosis with Mother Nature, managed his estate with a master's touch and had obtained DEMETER certification in 1996 for his entire production. Fred Niger, his successor, equally convinced of the merits and benefits of biodynamics, took over the estate's 24 hectares smoothly, working alongside his mentor for several years.
Today, Fred, more than ever in search of pure wine without artifice or deception, holds the banner of Muscadet high around the world.
