The family-run Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles estate was established in the 1930s in the commune of Saint Léger les Vignes, where, as early as 1180, a manuscript already referred to the vines cultivated there. The estate currently comprises 24 hectares of vines. It is committed to a conversion process towards Organic Farming, with the aim of obtaining AB certification in 2012.
For many years now, the estate has chosen to ban herbicides and pesticides from its operations by favoring natural products and returning to more environmentally friendly practices, such as plowing, which helps restore a great minerality to its wines.
