This beautiful 24-hectare Chinon estate, cradled by the Vienne River and Ecocert Organic certified since 2014, is situated on plateaus and hillsides, predominantly facing South-East, and protected from storms and frost by a ring of woods.
In the vineyards, the work is rigorous: yield control, severe pruning, disbudding, green harvesting depending on the vintage, and, of course, manual harvesting.
In 2006, a comprehensive soil study was conducted to adapt vine cultivation to the type of soil and subsoil.
In the cellar, each plot is vinified separately to preserve the expression of each terroir. Fermentations take place naturally without additives.
