Luc Tabordet Estate
After working for 8 years at Domaine Mardon in Quincy, Luc Tabordet, son of a Sancerre winemaker, established his own estate in 2011 in Reuilly, the neighboring appellation to Quincy.
The estate comprises 5 hectares of Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris, allowing Luc Tabordet to express himself through his wines.
Here, every grape variety, of course, but also every terroir associated with it, gives his wines a beautiful aromatic identity. Yields are controlled, averaging 35 hl/ha.
The vineyard management techniques are those used in organic farming; beyond the flavors, the goal is also to preserve what nature places at our disposal.
