At the family estate (for 8 generations), it is now Thibauld Denizot who cultivates the 19 hectares of vines located essentially on the emblematic caillottes of Sancerre.
This clay-limestone soil, rich in gravel of Oxfordian origin, produces delicate and elegantly perfumed grapes.
Viticultural work is carried out with the utmost respect for the vines and the soil. Cellar work is low-intervention, with the spirit of capturing the expression of the terroir through fruit and freshness, and fine, silky tannins.
The white wines naturally allow the crunchiness of the grapes and their beautiful mineral tension to shine through. The reds, for their part, are of great elegance.
