Les meilleurs vins de Quincy

Quincy

The Quincy appellation, in the Berry Champagne region, extends mainly along the left bank of the Cher, with a small portion on its right bank in Vilallin.
The vineyard, with an eastern exposure, occupies terraces overlooking the valley, on sandy-gravelly, sandy, or sandy-loamy soils covering lacustrine limestone rich in iron and clay.
The Sauvignon Blanc, perfectly adapted to these conditions, produces exceptional dry white wines there, fine, elegant, and aromatic, highly prized by enthusiasts for their freshness and typicity.
