Frédéric Mabileau Estate
The Domaine Frédéric Mabileau estate, managed by the Mabileau family for over four generations, covers 35 hectares of vines spread across four appellations: Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Bourgueil, Saumur, and Anjou.
Rooted in sandy-gravelly soil, the estate has gradually expanded its footprint, growing from three hectares in 1991 to fifteen hectares in 2003, and finally to its current size.
Proud of a resolutely natural philosophy, Mabileau adopted organic farming in 2007 and, furthermore, an approach to viticulture based on "biodynamics," which has been certified since 2018.
