Anne-Laura and Victor are two young winemakers who have been based in Anjou since 2022.
They met in Dijon during their Bachelor’s degree in Vine and Wine Sciences.
Coming from an agricultural background, Victor trained in viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux and then in Dijon.
Anne-Laura, originally from the Jura, first pursued a scientific curriculum before obtaining the National Diploma of Oenology.
After their studies, they went abroad to discover the vineyards of New Zealand and South Africa.
Back in France, they gained solid experience over five years in the Sancerre region.
This stage revealed to them the diversity and richness of the Loire terroirs.
Seduced by the spirit of the Loire, they chose Anjou to settle down and work with Chenin, the region's emblematic grape variety
