This small 10-hectare estate created in 1996 balances its grape varieties between Chenin and Cabernet Franc.
In addition to organic soil cultivation and careful viticulture (leaf stripping, removal of lateral shoots...), Mathieu Vallée puts his stamp on his production through very restrained oenological work, respecting the expression of the wines as much as possible.
