The Domaine des Vignes Saint Vincent is a family estate located in Monnières, in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, within the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation.
Taken over by Michel Delhommeau in 1988, the estate now covers nearly 25 hectares.
Managed using organic farming methods, it demonstrates a strong commitment to respecting the soil and the environment.
The vineyard rests on gneiss and gabbro terroirs, iconic to Monnières and particularly well-suited to the production of great Muscadets.
All work, from the vine to the cellar, is guided by a sincere, rigorous approach deeply committed to the expression of the terroir.
