Domaine de la Roche Bleue
The 6.5 hectares of vines at Domaine de la Roche Bleue are farmed biodynamically.
Pineau d'Aunis, in the Coteaux du Loir appellation, accounts for just over two-thirds of the vineyard, which produces two fine red vintages with peppery bouquets.
Chenin, our region’s flagship grape variety, planted on clay-flint hillsides over limestone subsoil, occupies the rest of the estate.
The production is intended to be as natural as possible. With a low-intervention approach, Sébastien Cornille offers a range of refined white wines with noble bitters.
