Sauger Estate
A family estate since 1870, Domaine Sauger has been passed down from father to son in the Cheverny appellation, producing red and white wines.
The grape varieties showcased are Sauvignon combined with the elegance of Chardonnay for the white wines, and the freshness of Gamay accompanied by the subtlety of Pinot Noir for the reds (Côt and Cabernet Franc).
The practice of systematic partial grass cover in the vineyards, the reasoned use of treatment products, and yield control make it possible to obtain top-quality grapes which, when harvested at maturity, produce Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny wines recognized for their multiple expressions and flavors.
