At Pépites de Loire, every bottle travels as serenely as it aged in the cellar. Weekly shipments, certified packaging, and a guarantee in case of incident: all you have to do is uncork.
All our deliveries are guaranteed
We ship your orders every Monday and Tuesday so they reach you within the week. For all home deliveries, this weekly delivery is guaranteed. Only relay point shipments cannot benefit from this guarantee.
Chronopost home delivery before 1 p.m.
To receive your bottles in person, choose Chronopost delivery: your package is delivered to your door before 1 p.m., tracked end-to-end, and covered by our weekly delivery guarantee.
Packaging designed to protect your bottles
Our shipping cartons, compliant with UPS standards, feature reinforced cross-divider cushioning and shock-absorbing pads for optimal resistance to drops and impacts during transport. They are as sustainable as they are sturdy: all our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable cardboard.
Need to postpone a delivery? A simple email is all it takes
Would you prefer to receive your bottles later? Simply reply to your order confirmation email. We will immediately identify your order and reschedule the shipping date according to your wishes.
In case of breakage, we will take care of it
We have had zero breakage since the spring of 2024, but should it happen, refuse the package and note it on the delivery slip. We will immediately do what is necessary to replace your package.
