Terroir

This cuvée with a unique character bears the name of the Domaine’s oldest plot.
Centenary vines grow on shallow soil of sand and clay over mica schist.

Harvest

Hand-harvested exclusively, with sorting of the grapes.

Winemaking

The grapes undergo a light maceration before pressing. The juices are then settled to achieve great aromatic finesse.
Fermentation and aging take place in oak barrels, one quarter of which are renewed each year. During the winter, the wine remains on its lees, which are stirred regularly. Bottling takes place after a minimum of 12 months of aging.
