Bourgueil
On the right bank of the Loire, the Bourgueil appellation spreads its vines in an elegant checkerboard of plots, brightened by the luminous facades of tuffeau stone. Between gravelly terraces and limestone hillsides, Cabernet Franc reigns majestically, tolerating only a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon.
From this duality of soils are born two expressions of a single spirit: on the terraces, supple and charming wines with a delightful palate; on the hillsides, denser crus with a noble and profound temperament.
