Terroir

Chenin blanc replanted in 2017 and 2020 on the legendary "Grand Clos" hillside, above the village of Bourgueil, with a full southern exposure. Clay and flint soil over a limestone crust. Natural grass cover and under-vine cultivation.

Harvest

100% hand-harvested in crates. Grape sorting, followed by a long, direct pneumatic pressing with no intermediate handling.

Winemaking

Vinification without sulfur. Full alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrels. Aged in recent barrels for 9 months in the cellar (without racking).
